Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped exclusively via a freight forwarding company. The usual production and delivery time is from 6 to 8 weeks. For larger orders, this period may be extended, and we will notify you of this after order confirmation.

Since the shipping cost depends on the volume, weight, and destination, it will be calculated after we receive your order. We will provide you with the exact shipping cost for your approval before the order is processed.

The customer may arrange for pickup of the order from the factory, but this must be pre-arranged and communicated with us. Delivery is made to the last accessible point for the vehicle (e.g., pedestrian zones, islands) with a minimum road width of 2.50 m. From this point, the customer must arrange for further transport themselves.
