Standard Products If you have purchased a product that is not personalized or custom-made, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract within 14 calendar days, starting from the date of delivery. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are responsible for returning the product in its original condition, along with all accompanying documents. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We will refund the value of the product within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Custom-made and Personalized Products In accordance with Article 16, letter (c) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Since most of our products are manufactured to individual dimensions and color specifications provided by the customer, they are considered personalized. For this reason, these products are not subject to return, except in cases of a defect, as described in point 11.
Cancellation of an Order During Delivery If you decide to cancel an order that has already been shipped, you will be responsible for all transportation costs for returning the goods to us. After we receive and inspect the returned products, we will refund the value of the furniture, deducting the shipping costs, but only for the objects that are not custom made.
